Apple users themselves can chat for free via iMessage. Apple’s messaging service is not available for Android. The app iMessage Chat “that a few weeks ago showed up in the Google Play Store, claims to be able to send between Apple and Android devices.
iMessagesThe app looks like a volatile counterfeit version of the messages app in iOS 6 and has made a lot of rumor among developers, in theory, the app Apple IDs can steal. The operation shows varying successful, messages are sent to Apple, but also to a server in China.
“iMessage Chat ‘on Android.
app from Apple would occur if Mac mini and gain access to the iMessage protocol. The messages are delivered by Apple in unmodified form on the device, but immediately redirected to a Chinese server (222.77.191.206). Developer Jay Freeman (saurik) analyzed the app and suspects that the Chinese server messages to and from Apple’s iMessage servers decrypt and is understandable to the Android app.
In this way, the developer secret (“how do I decrypt the iMessage protocol?”) not to be relinquished. Apple is likely going to take action and get this app from the Play Store, since it infringes the registered brand iMessage and probably abuse the Apple servers. There is still no official response from Apple, Google or the developer.
Try at your own risk. We recommend that you only test with a disposable Apple ID and cross platform chat to use another app think Whatsapp or Facebook Chat.
