Sony start rolling out Android 4.3 for Xperia S Tablet - Tablet Guide

Sony today began distributing the new version of Android, Android 4.3 (still called Jelly Bean) to the first batch of Sony phones and tablets. The Sony Xperia Tablet S is one of the lucky ones. At least, the owners of this Sony Tablet. After all, in the short term, a notification will appear on the screen that you can start.

Sony’s Xperia Tablet ZA not only update the default layer of Android 4.3. The company also provides an update with some clever Sony apps. We do not say it often, but Sony is one of the few tablet makers actually useful apps and functionalities know add to the standard Android software.

These are the changes and additions that Sony makes the Android 4.3 software update:

• New versions of the Sony apps Messaging, MyXperia, SmartConnect, Small apps, TrackID and Sony Select, with speed improvements, bug fixes and new features
• New Sony apps, namely sonya WALKMAN, Album and Movies, with deep integration of Sonya Entertainment Network
• A new user interface called Xperia Themes . With these themes you can download new interfaces. Sony is still secretive about this, so we’ll get more information quickly
• Improved Stamina mode of the battery, for an even longer battery life on your Xperia Tablet Z

It may take some time for the software update to Android 4.3 for the Sony Xperia Tablet ZA appears in the upper left corner of your screen.

You can check if the update is already ready via Settings> About This tablet> Software update itself. This action can the update process forward up to 24 hours. It therefore only makes sense to check this. Every day
