12 at the 1000 Android devices running Android 7.0 or 7.1 … – GSM Helpdesk Netherlands

Each month Google figures about the use of all versions of the Android operating system. In January is very much changed. Android 2.2 Froyo in 2010, disappeared from the list because the share of this Android version under the 0.1 percent it had dropped. New in the list was Android 7.1. Between the reporting in early January, and the new reporting that Google has now released sit less great results.

the new figures show that the combined share of Android 7.0 and Android 7.1, the most recent versions of the Androdi os is now above one percent. Android 7.1 Nougat is now running on 0.3 percent of all Android devices in the world and Android 7.0 is already on 0.9 percent. Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the penultimate version of Android, is now on 30.7 percent of all smartphones and is thus the largest individual Android version of this time.

The share of Android 6.0 Marshmallow is last month with a 1.1 percent growth. The share of Android 5.1 Lollipop, which is currently the three youngest Android version of the app for the first time light fell from 23,3 to 23.1 percent.

Android Lollipop still the greatest

Android 5.0 Lollipop and Android 5.1 Lollipop are now collectively still the largest with a share of 32.1 percent, compared to 33.4 percent at the beginning of January. Android 4.4 kit kat is currently at 21.9 percent of all devices, and has thus 0.7 percent loss last month.

Only the three latest Android version grow even

All versions older than Android 6.0 Marshmallow lose, piece by piece, share, or remain in terms of share equal to the beginning of January.
