Instagram has started rolling out a new feature for the Android app. It is now possible to zoom in on photos and videos. Last week it was announced the feature for iOS, but had to wait Android owners; until today.
Zoom in on photos and videos is as of today available in the Android app Instagram. In many photo apps was long possible to zoom in on photos to view instance details. The feature is available today only available in the Instagram Android app.
In the video above you can see the effect of pinch-to-zoom. By proceeding in a picture to put these two fingers and to squeeze towards each other, there can be zoomed. Both videos can be zoomed as pictures. The function is activated on the side of the server. It may be that the function is not yet available for you. Earlier it was increased the resolution of images.
