Androidworld wish you fantastic holidays with even more Android in 2017 – Androidworld

It is again that time of the year, the end in sight, the holidays around the corner. We want briefly to dwell on that at Androidworld.

the Successful years

In 2016, a lot has happened on Androidgebied and also Androidworld has not sat still. Where we are at the end of 2015 our new design have been introduced, have we, in 2016, the new Androidworld app launched. But that is not all, even behind the scenes is hard work and our CMS is now grown up with a lot of improvements. We still have some personnel changes had and were allowed Claudia (again) welcome within Androidworld.

Androidworld is still the largest Androidwebsite of the Netherlands and Belgium and we are a bit proud of it. In fact, Androidworld last year has grown further to 1.5 million visits per month!

Android in 2016

In 2016, we have a lot of Android seen, not only was Android 7.0 Nougat officially on the market, we also saw the launch of the Pixel and Pixel XL. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 debacle has made the news quite a controlled and Pokémon Go was impossible to think of many a smartphone. In our last AW Hangout (podcast) this year, we take a 2016 one more time with you. What we have all seen, what smartphones we have an honorable mention, and much more. Replay can here.

Android in 2017

In 2017 we are going to a new android version, Android O, but that is not the only one. We start the year with the CES, a large trade show in Las Vegas. After steaming through to the Mobile World Congress and we go to a lot of announcements in the first half year.

of Course, Androidworld also just go ahead and we have the necessary plans for 2017. So is the app developed further, we have all kinds of new content concepts in the pipeline, and the ambition to be the AW Mysterybox to bring them back.

For now, rest my still to thank everyone for reading, responding, mailing, match, share and converse on, around and with the people behind Androidworld. Furthermore, I want everyone who is involved in Androidworld thank, such as the forummods and other volunteers.

Hereby I wish you from the south of the land wonderful holidays and a good, healthy and Androidvol 2017.
