Prevent the screen of your Android phone rotates – Computer Total

Turning your phone stock Android, and you’re still not on Android 5.0, then there is no other way. To go to this level – there is no shortcut available in the notification bar for example. So to enable this setting you have to stop what you are doing, to the Settings app go, and the function on or off.

If you use a phone from LG, Samsung, or HTC, you’ll probably have easier access to the institution in the notification bar. And of course there are different widgets in the Google Play Store, so you can position the switch right on your home screen.

It’s a bit of a hassle. Luckily Google has the setting in Android 5.0 Lollipop made a lot more accessible through the notification center.
