News Google rolls Android 4.3 – still Jellybean – out: first to Nexus devices, including a lighter and faster Nexus 7 tablet

Google presents the latest mobile sweetness, which still called Jelly Bean: Android 4.3. The operating system has a number of larger and smaller improvements. The main promise for the end user is more speed and flexibility, something that iOS still prevails. Android 4.3 responsive to touch and has better graphics capabilities through the use of OpenGL ES 3.0.
