Google will later own smartphone this year, so claim reliable sources. The unit would appear outside the Nexus line with a design that comes complete with Google.
The Android smartphone is fully designed and developed by Google, so says The Telegraph, a reliable British newspaper. The device must later already be in stores this year. Google is currently conducting discussions with several providers worldwide about the launch. The software itself does not respond to rumors.
So far, Google launched each new version of Android with a Nexus device. These smartphones were in collaboration with other manufacturers developed as LG, Samsung and Huawei. However, while Google was barely involved in the design and hardware, and was mainly concerned with the software. With this new Google phone would have held all the strings.
Google’s Android flagship does not necessarily mean the end of the Nexus line. In recent weeks several rumors surfaced about a new HTC Nexus, which would be internally called the Sailfish. That device would feature a 5-inch Full HD display, a 12 megapixel camera and Android N.
