Some time back launched Sony PlayStation Vue, a video streaming service for TV programs, sports programs and movies. This service is currently only available in North America where it proves to be a success.
In order to successfully make even bigger Sony has announced to expand the service to Android smartphones and tablets. In addition, a device that you’d PlayStation Vue would like to see Roku (a popular media player in the US).
The PlayStation Vue app has therefore since today available on Roku devices and from next week for Android devices . Thereby increasing the availability of the service to more third-party platforms, which is a good sign.
For the time being there are no plans to roll out PlayStation Vue in Europe, but with the current development in North America, could it be that Sony sooner or later, the service also brings to our region.
