These guidelines are designed to help developers design an app and provide diagnostic app features such as the round action button at the bottom. Slack also used the round action button to start channels, direct messages or groups.
Slack 2.0 also offers a navigation via tabs at the top, and users can now switch teams from the top bar. Slack many users participate in multiple teams
