BACKGROUND – Android Kitkat. Animal Day 2013? A mobile operating system of chocolate? No, not really. Kitkat Android 4.4 is the new version of Google’s operating system that will appear very soon for smartphones and tablets. 3 things we already know about Android 4.4 Kitkat.

1. Name: Kitkat

Google has made a deal with Nestle to the name of the chocolate, what you know of “Have a break, have a KitKat”, to use. The deal would be clinched within the hour, although it took almost half a year before it was official. It is probably the first time that a system is called to an existing registered trademark.

Google does quite often separate things with the names of the operating system. Previous editions were given names such as Jelly Bean, Ice Cream Sandwich and Honeycomb.
