RSS reader Feedly, the Android app updated. The application has a whole new look, works with smart watch Galaxy Gear and ready for Android 4.4 Kitkat.

The application has been given a whole new look and features a new widget. Feedly also promises that the app startup 300 percent faster and smoother scrolling speaks of.
There is also introduced a new feature to discover interesting feeds and the search function is improved. There are also fixes minor issues such as the fact that the feeds were automatically reload when the app is restarted.
Finally, there is support for smart watch Galaxy Gear added. The new app is available at Apple for approval and will appear later in the App Store. Feedly received much attention and new users when Google earlier this year pulled the plug from Google Reader.
