They were already obliged to mention Play-environment within the Google or their app offered the option of in-app purchases. Google extends this obligation now, so developers have to prepare. Now also a price list

The new rule goes on 30 September. Earlier it was already clear that Google from that moment also requires developers that they must indicate in the public Play Store environment.
