The Google Calendar on Android has a new widget. Users can now also choose for a monthly statement. In terms of options, you don’t have a lot of choice, but at this moment in time is something better than nothing.
The official Google Calendar is a fine application. It has no bells and whistles, but the integration with other Google services. Also other apps sometimes agenda items are complete. Together with the fact that you also have notes, and notes can create within the app (and for example the Inbox, the info sharing with the Agenda), makes for a complete experience. But still there is much to be desired especially in the field of widgets. The current widget of the application is in fact for many users is incomplete and basic.
to ensure that you have those widgets still want to use Android, Google has now released an update for Google Calendar. It is now possible to choose a monthly schedule, directly on your home screen. You need the app to not even open it. You can choose how large the widget in question, but the default value is 4×5 (the widget is longer than it is wide). You can also make something smaller, so that more things fit on the screen. The update is now being rolled out.
