Instagram is testing a live-stream feature for the app on Android. Several Android users have reported that they are already able to make use of this new feature.
There’s long been rumors around about possible stream-functions in the Instagram app. These are until now not yet available, but here seems to be soon to change. So report several Android users now that they have access to a live video streaming function.
A Russian blog wrote first about the function, after the website screenshots had received of a user who is using the live stream feature in his Instagram timeline scoffed. The user can get a livestream of a friend or company can view and via a large 'Go Insta'button for a private livestream to start. In a livestream you can choose to the primary or front camera to use.
It seems to be going to a small-scale test, since there are only few reports have been received from users who have spotted. When Instagram, the feature is officially available for everyone is not known.
