Android World: Android largest site in the Netherlands consists of six years – Android World

Today, just six years ago I started with Android World. When ‘liking, that Android “today as a way of life. I am extremely proud of the little fact that my baby is now grown up, even though it was a bumpy road.

I remember that I registered androidworld.nl on my proverbial attic, even though I was actually with the laptop on the couch in the living room. After installing WordPress, 14 different themes, I went to work with something that always interested me: smartphones. Even though there was no Android device in the Netherlands, however, there was plenty to do. The Kogan Agora, launch of Android and the introduction of the G1 in the Netherlands in early 2009. Since that time, there are free hours spent on Android World, along with my esteemed colleagues and volunteers.

In 2012 there was a publisher had an interest in Android World, so I can say (with Dim and Sander) my job. This was not always easy, and after 1.5 years slogging this publisher went bankrupt. Who would have thought that my attic-baby would be so great even as nearly 100,000 registered users.

This was not possible without my colleagues, volunteers, interns, but certainly the visitors. I would like to thank everyone sincerely for the past six years, and all our plans and ideas you are not yet rid of us! We will enthusiastically continue our hobby which is now our work, just does not feel that way.
