The plaintiffs, who filed a so-called class-action lawsuit against Google, still had time to review their claim. But, as they abandon, making the charge is canceled.

The original claim was that Google for unfair competition caused by requiring manufacturers of Android phones to install apps from the tech giant as they certain Google services want to use, such as Google Play Store appwinkel.

According to the judge makes that requirement is not a restriction of consumer choice and harms not them.

Other lawsuit

Last Friday a class-action lawsuit against Google was also rejected in which the plaintiffs claimed compensation because the tech giant children would be tempted to make in-app purchases via the Google Play Store.

Google in Europe

Google is in Europe still under fire for alleged abuse of its dominant position. The European Commission is planning to launch an official competition case against Google, because of abuse of power by the US company with its search engine.

Although the investigation into this alleged abuse has been running for five years, it has never hitherto come from an official indictment
