Details on new company founder Android diving – Tweakers

There are more details surfaced about the new company from Andy Rubin, the co-founder of Android. He will focus on startups that develop hardware for care. Rubin previously worked at Google.

Several US media write about the new company Rubin that Global Playground hot. So you know Fortune as first report that the company recently picked up $ 48 million investment. The Wall Street Journal later added to this that include Google and HP put money into Playground Global.

The support of the US-based Global Playground goes companies developing hardware for care. Apart Rubin are the board including former Microsoft employee Peter Barrett, WebTV founder Bruce Leak and Matt Hershenson, also a former Google, joined.
