But there is another giant in this field.. And Android has many strengths. Furthermore Android M comes about from around the same time as iOS 9. Unfortunately, we can not say exactly when the release date will be, or which devices you can run the operating system.
Let’s still Android M’s compare what we know about iOS 9, so you can decide whether you want to use your iPhone or maybe even want to peek over the fence to see how Android of the world looks like
The only thing we have the release of iOS 9 know is that it will come in the “fall of 2015″. (Thanks, Apple.) Apple does not discuss the exact release date because the company never does, but also because it does not want to let go when the new iPhone will appear. But you can iOS 9 – and the iPhone – expected in September 2015. The iPads are likely to follow in October
.
There have automatically good news for fans of iOS 9 because you can get even if you are not a developer beta code. Apple runs a public beta that you can try a number of months. You can now can sign up https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/. (Developers can the first beta version of IOS 9 start downloading right away.)
We know less about Android M, but as always with Android updates that’s partly because the process itself will be confusing. Google unveiled the Android M Developer Preview at I / O 2015, so we at least know that it exists. But that’s also just about
The final version of Android M will be launched together with a new Nexus phone, probably in October or November this year. But unlike iOS, we will not see a quick rollout to all compatible devices: Android M will first appear on other Nexus devices, and within a few months on flagship phones and tablets from third-party hardware manufacturers such as Samsung, LG and Sony. And there is no public beta.
If you’re an Android user, we can not really say when Android M will be available for your phone. Sorry. Step up to an iPhone if you want regular and reliable upgrades.
If your Android M want to have, you can download the Android M Developer Preview, but only if you have a Nexus 5 Nexus 6 Nexus have 9 or Nexus Player.
