“BlackBerry is working on three new Android smartphones – NU.nl

The smart phones with the code name Neon, Argon and Mercury come late this year and early next year, writes VentureBeat based on anonymous sources. Mercury, which has a 4.5 inch screen, is the only device with a physical keyboard

Blackberry would come in July or August with the first smartphone. Neon. The device has a 5.2 inch full HD display and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 and 3GB of RAM.

The Neon has a battery of 2610 mAh and a storage capacity of 16 GB. The device has a housing with a metal frame and plastic back with a 13 megapixel camera.



Argon

The Argon has a slightly larger 5.5 inch screen with qHD resolution. The smartphone has a Snapdragon 820 processor with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage.

The unit is marked by a fingerprint reader and a USB port c. At the back is a camera with 21 megapixels. The Argon would come on the market in October.



Mercury

The latest in the line is the Mercury with a physical keyboard below the screen. The device has a Snapdragon 625, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

The Mercury has a battery of 3400 mAh and a camera of 18 megapixels. About the case is still unknown. The smartphone would come early next year
