"HTC One gets Android 4.2.2 update in a few weeks' - Android World

The HTC One is the attractive, high at the moment for the Taiwanese manufacturer. This still runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), but will soon receive an update to Android 4.2.2 (also Jelly Bean).

Updates are hot in Android Land and users often ask for too loudly. The HTC One was launched with Android 4.1.2, while the major competitor, the Samsung Galaxy S4, already turned on Android 4.2.2 at launch. In itself this is of course not a disaster, the update of Android 4.1 to Android 4.2 is not a major update, but you like to have as an attractive, high owner of the latest Android version with additional benefits. There has been news about the availability of Android 4.2.2 for HTC One.

Availability

According to an ‘anonymous source’ will update to Android 4.2.2 for HTC One no longer be long in coming. It would be a matter of weeks before it is rolled out and the general public can make use of this. When this update in the Netherlands and Belgium will come is unknown.
