Anyone who thought that cheap smartphones are made in China, should soon consider going to India. Bells Ringing The company has since launched an Android device with a converted price of 3.27 euros.
The Ringing Bells Freedom 251 is a compact Android smartphone with 3G support and a 4-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 960 by 540 pixels. With a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM in addition to the phone enough power to Android 5.1 Lollipop running smoothly. And that for the same amount you pay in an average fast food restaurant for a burger.

Ringing Bells is incidentally only a year ago in India and launched earlier a 4G smartphone converted less than 40 euros. Competitor DataWind is also working on an inexpensive smartphone that will cost about 13 euros, but has yet to be announced.
