The first smartphone directly from Android 7.0 (Nougat) with is available from today in the Netherlands. Not Google, LG, or Samsung but the relatively unknown General Mobile has the scoop.
General Mobile GM 5 Android 7.0
The General Mobile GM 5 is the first smartphone in the Netherlands directly with Android 7.0 is launched. The unit is from this week available at different online stores, including the Media market. It is a real budgetsmartphone, with a suggested retail price of 190 euros.
Although the final version of Android 7.0 since the end of August is available for manufacturers, there are few phones with the new software. A small number of existing devices, like the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P, have all the updates. Among other things, the LG V20 and Google Pixel were directly launched with Android 7.0, but these are not yet available in the Netherlands.
