At the end of January, the new function has been rolled out on the iOS app. The update of the Android app now ensures that Twitter members on that platform to see a summary of missed tweets get when they open the app.
Later, the summary function must also go to the web version of Twitter to come. The block will be in people Twittering much less often than people who appear occasionally open the app.
