Developer brings Xposed framework for Android 6.0 out – Tweakers

A version of the Xposed Framework for Android 6.0 has been released. The developer announced last week that the release was coming and on Sunday he has version 78 of its framework to enable advanced tweaks put online

 Xposed 78 was released in several versions, including versions for Android 6.0, 5.1 and 5.0, which indicates the developer with the versions of the SDK: 23 22 and 21. In addition, users must have the correct version of the processor in their phones: ARM, x86 or ARM64. The ARM version for devices based on ARMv7 architecture, such as the Nexus 5, 6 and OnePlus Nexus One. The ARM64 version is for processors on ARMv8 architecture, which supports 64bits like the Nexus 5x and 6p and virtually all other high-end and midrange phones in 2015.

Developer rovo89 reporting a bug in stock ROMs on Samsung phones. There are unofficial versions fix this. There are also problems with certain firmwares on Sony’s phones, but the developer calls not specifically.

Xposed is a plug-in framework for modules that allow advanced tweaks to Android phones. For example there are modules to set the language for each application, to themes set in WhatsApp and to hide that a user has root access to run apps that refuse to work with root. In total, the repository contains 735 modules.
