Android users less often victims of malware – PC

Android users have less to do last year received by mobile malware than in 2014. According to a new safety of Google, which is produced annually.

There is a decline measured in the number of infected apps in the Play Store. The chance that you now come into contact through Google’s download store with malware, the half was smaller than a year ago.

Malicious apps are still largely outside the Play Store right on phones, for example through rogue websites. Yet come less mobile infections via that route before.

This is partly because users are much more alert. The operating system displays in these cases, a warning: “are you sure you want to install this app? Recently with a red warning triangle there. This notification is therefore often taken into account.
