Galaxy J3 (2016) receives update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow – GSMinfo.nl

The new Galaxy Y devices are just in the Netherlands, but running under the hood still on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Now, at least for the Galaxy J3 (2016) confirm that this update will be to Marshmallow.

The Galaxy J series Samsung is a series of budget smartphones that combines the best of Samsung with an attractive price tag. So varies the series of compact, inexpensive Galaxy J1 (2016) to the phablet-shaped Galaxy J7 (2016). Samsung thus offers something for everyone and even uses AMOLED screens and luxurious materials to form devices.

Now it appears that the second smallest device in the series, the Galaxy J3 (2016) final update will get Android 6.0 Marshmallow, reports Galaxy Club. In South Korea, Samsung’s home country, even though the device is with this Android version in stores, so it is obvious that the international versions of the smartphone will be updated. Moreover, the other devices in the Galaxy J series it makes it very likely that also will get an update.

Samsung, the update starts rolling out for Galaxy J3 (2016) is not quite clear yet. The software is largely anyway, because this fact has been running on devices sold. Whether we will soon updates for the Galaxy J other devices will see is still unknown, but there will no doubt soon be known more.
