The new version is available for both operating systems.
KLM promises a simplified user experience when booking flights. Users enter the desired destination, departure date and the day they fly back and then get a list of available flights, sorted by price.
After booking they could still change their seat within the app or add extra luggage. Booked flights can be found under the tab “My Travels.” Through this survey can be checked via a single tap on the screen, according to KLM. Users must then be signed though.
KLM From the menu too directly accessible via Twitter or Facebook. KLM opens the appropriate applications and writes directly relevant social media channels. Users are then simply typing their question or comment.
