Android Pay will first be available outside the United States in March. Unfortunately not in the Netherlands or Belgium.
In late March Android Pay will finally be available for the first time outside the United States. The second location where people can use the payment service is the United Kingdom. Android Pay works by the information from your credit card or to introduce debit cards in a smartphone with NFC chip. It can then be paid without contact in places that pay support contactless. Google is using Android Pay worldwide to compete with Apple and Samsung Pay Pay. Samsung’s payment service will launch this year in the UK.
