Android comes in early 2017 with new Android devices – TechTastic

The rumors that Nokia is working on new smartphones with Android operating system do for quite some time round, and these products will be introduced this year, according to a new report. A top executive of Nokia namely confirmed that it is currently working on new Android devices.

In conversation with The Paper confirmed Nokia CEO Ming Wang, President of Nokia China, the company four new devices with Android wants reveal in the last quarter of 2016. Wang also said the launch could take place in early 2017, although that would depend on testing and development. It seems in any case that the company intends to bring both smartphones and tablets with Android on the market.

From the interview show that HMD, the Finnish company that the license rights of Nokia in hands has the new Nokia smartphones will design, while Foxconn is responsible for production. Information about the specifications of the new device is not yet available, but a rumor suggested earlier this year that Nokia is working on two premium phones.

These would include a 5 Nokia-branded Android phones, 2- and 5.5-inch oLED display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and the body seems to be made of aluminum. Under the hood would have chosen a Snapdragon 820-SOC Qualcomm. The camera on the back would shoot pictures at a maximum resolution of 22.6-megapixels. Both phones would be IP68 certified, which means that they are waterproof and dustproof. In addition, they would run on Android 7.0 Nougat coupled with Nokia’s own Z Launcher.

One of the two phones will be introduced possibly as Nokia P1, but it still comes to rumors and it remains to be seen or knock the name and the specification just mentioned. Given that the announcement will take place sometime in the autumn of 2016, it is likely that we still have more to learn in the coming weeks and months about the future Nokia products.
