Port iOS and Android apps to Ubuntu Mobile OS – Macworld

Ubuntu maker Canonical is working for a while nice on the road as regards the release of frameworks for web developers. After the positive reception of the Cordova framework Canonical does the trick again with Native React

React Native is an open source web development framework that you can build native mobile apps using JavaScript and the JavaScript library, React . The official support of the framework in Ubuntu now ensures that developers can use the standard libraries of Ubuntu and apps can build for the operating system from Canonical.

But the manufacturer wants React Native mainly use Ubuntu to expanding convergence story and existing iOS and Android applications written in native React, easy to port to Ubuntu and Ubuntu Mobile OS. The Ubuntu version of React native also handles Snappy Snaps and store.
