If an Android device is reset, one gets the choice to recover from a Google Account or from another device with a cable. There is Android Nougat added a new option to transfer data from an iOS device. If they choose so, one should go with the iOS device to a web address, which collected data from iOS and uploaded. Much must be done manually, such contacts should be divided into five steps and photos imported via Google Photos. So it is no automated solution such as various manufacturers already have.
