Google has indicated loyal consumers who pay with Android Pay wanting to reward them with a loyalty points system. With this system, consumers can earn points for specific products. Also, Google may as well keep track of who buys what, of course.
Sridhar Ramaswamy, within Google responsible for commercial affairs and advertising, has a financial conference in Las Vegas indicated to launch a loyalty program for Android Pay-users . One of the first companies that will implement this program, Coca Cola. When you buy a Coca Cola and deals with Android Pay, you get points for it. The more Coca Cola you buy, the more points you get. And from that point you can again buy Coca Cola.
So that is good for the consumer who intends Android Pay embrace. Ramaswamy and his marketing team are also very pleased with this feature, since the company could so easily identify who is buying what (at any time). The Ramaswamy also said that there are currently “millions” Pay Android users are, sixty percent of which Google Wallet has never been tried. Besides, the best man did nothing away about the adoption. Pay when Android comes to the Netherlands, is also not disclosed.
